LUCID EYE CONSULT was established in 2004 by entrepreneur Gift Kofi Gator with a bold and compassionate vision: to recruit labour and footballers for overseas partners, helping them realize their dreams abroad.
Frustrated by the low rate of local labour and the limited opportunities available in Ghana, our founder set his sights on the international stage. He targeted the best overseas partners who could assist in securing proper documentation, ensuring that every candidate experienced a safe, transparent, and reliable process.
Over the past two decades, we have grown from a single-minded recruitment agency into a diversified service provider, offering travel facilitation, international sourcing, and apparel trading—all while remaining true to our founding principle: making the world a better place for others.
